Select the object you want to rotate. On the Mode toolbar in Office Draw or on the Drawing bar in Office Impress, click the Rotate icon.

You can rotate an object around its default pivot point (center point) or a pivot point that you designate.
オブジェクトをクリックすると、８個の変更ハンドルを表示します。マウスポインタをハンドルに合わせると双方向矢印に変わりオブジェクトのサイズ変更ができます。またオブジェクト全体をドラッグしてページ上で任意の位置に移動できます。

Move the pointer to a corner handle so that the pointer changes to a rotate symbol. Drag the handle to rotate the object.
マウスポインタをコーナーハンドルに移動すると、マウスポインタが回転記号に変わります。このハンドルをドラッグすると、オブジェクトが回転します。
Hold down the Shift key to restrict the rotation to multiples of 15 degrees.
Shift キーを押下すると、 回転を15度の倍数に制限します。
Right-click the object to open the context menu. Choose Position and Size - Rotation to enter an exact rotation value.

To change the pivot point, drag the small circle in the center of the object to a new location.
オブジェクトをもう一度クリックすると、通常の変更ハンドルの表示に戻ります。 次にクリックしたオブジェクト上をさらにダブルクリックすると、８個の変更ハンドル以外にテキストカーソルがオブジェクト中央に表示されます。そのオブジェクトにテキストが入力できます。
To skew the object vertically or horizontally, drag one of the side handles.
